'NEW' 1 HOUR MEDITATION CLASS

This meditation class forum has been designed for people who want a meditation experience within a group environment without having to sign up to a set number of weeks.

Set in a tranquil environment, Laverne who is a teacher and practitioner of Transference Healing® provides you a unique guided meditation experience.  This meditation class is a high frequency session to support you to;

1. Clear and balance your mind, body and soul.

2. Experience a deeper connection to your true essence of self. Experience contemplation; surrender to your inner stillness, create clarity and personal realizations.

3. Connect and attune to the healing power of mother earth and universal frequencies, to lift and renew your energy.

On a day-to-day level, each meditation class will support you to achieve greater flow in your life, resilience, greater wellness, greater clarity, fulfillment, inner peace and abundance.

SEVEN WEEK MEDITATION PROGRAM

The seven week program has been created for the individual to learn about and experience different styles of formal and informal meditation. The seven week program also incorporates practical philosophy, creative visualisation and affirmations and meta physics.  The informal meditation exercises teach you to bring yourself into the present moment as often as possible during your day and demonstrates how you apply the techniques taught to your busy life. Meditation is the most direct way to experience 'that' that is innate in all of us; inner peace, inner calm, stillness and joy.  You will experience this during the formal meditations and be given the tools to recreate this independently in your own environment.
